The Company Coach Ltd is a specialist organisation providing business coaching, training, consultancy and assessment tools. The data is held for the purposes of marketing, financial control and for the application of our business services above.

The Company Coach Ltd complies with its obligations under the “GDPR” by keeping personal data up to date; by storing and destroying it securely; by not collecting or retaining excessive amounts of data; by protecting personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure and by ensuring that appropriate technical measures are in place to protect personal data.

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with other associates of The Company Coach Ltd in the instance of processing assessments. Each of these organisations and individuals are well known and trusted by us and each have their own GDPR policies in place and will NOT share your data with any other third parties.

All financial data such as copies of invoices and expenses we will retain for 7 years in line with HMRC guidelines. All other data relating to conducting our business as defined above we will retain for 5 years. In the cases of assessment tools, all personal data will be removed after 5 years but the raw data (data which cannot be tracked back to anyone) will be retained to assist with validation techniques to help improve norms and improve the products generally.

The Company Coach recognises that its first priority under the law is to avoid causing harm to individuals.  Information about members will be used fairly, securely and not disclosed to any person unlawfully.

Only in the cases where third parties are there to process electronically assessment tests results, will data be handled outside the company’s own electronic environment. Permission is assumed to be granted by the completion of the assessment tool. Each of these third parties will have compliance to the GDPR regulations which may be inspected by the Company Coach Ltd. Apart from this above processing The Company Coach Ltd will not disclose any customer, reseller or prospect contact details to third parties without their express consent.

Secondly, the law aims to ensure that the legitimate concerns of individuals about the ways in which their data may be used are taken into account.  In addition to being open and transparent, The Company Coach Ltd will seek to give individuals as much choice as is possible and reasonable over what data is held and how it is used.

Finally The Company Coach Ltd undertakes the processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR and data protection principles.
